Charlie ThomasRazorsight has launched a real-time predictive analytics mobile application for communications and media customers that is designed to help gain insights into customer experience.

The app works to help business executives view and predict trends for potential churn and disruptions across markets, as well as to identify customer sentiment and upsell opportunities through the cloud-based app, Razorsight said Tuesday.

Razorsight intends for clients to use the information from customers, products, markets and locations to grow their business.

Charlie Thomas, Razorsight CEO, said the company intends for customers to extract real-time insights into customer data across variables and data sets via their smartphones.

The app is also built to recommend actions based on a customer’s value through algorithms that are applied to data sets.

Razorsight also unveiled a new analytics engine that features apps for sales and marketing, finance, operations and network operations.
