QinetiQ North America and BroadSoft have moved to extend their partnership to develop unified communications services for federal, defense and intelligence customers.
QNA will provide hosted, BroadCloud-based unified communications technology and expand existing offering with BroadSoft’s unified communications services, QNA said Tuesday.
John Sutton, executive vice president and general manager of mission services at QNA, said the new partnership is intended to help secure the customers’ voice and data communications in the cloud.
BroadSoft’s communications platform works to transmit private branch exchanges, video calling, text messaging and converged mobile and fixed-line services.
The agreement builds on a four-year partnership between both companies.
