Enrique SalemFormer Symantec CEO Enrique Salem has joined the board of directors at network security firm ForeScout Technologies.

The 25-year technology leadership veteran also serves on the boards of FireEye, Netskope, Atlassian, DocuSign and Biba, ForeScout said Monday.

“We are honored to have Enrique join our board as we continue to expand capabilities to support our burgeoning global business,” said Hezy Yeshurun, ForeScout chairman of the board.

Salem spent nearly two decades with Symantec in roles such as president and CEO, chief operating officer and group president of worldwide sales and marketing.

He also held the chief executive role at Brightmail and served as one of President Barack Obama’s management consultants.
