ATK logo_EbizATK has been selected to provide tactical holsters to the U.S. Army under a potential five-year, $24 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

ADS, the distributor of ATK’s BLACKHAWK SERPA tactical holster, received the order for the units and the Army intends for the holster to comply with a Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment requirement, ATK said Monday.

Jay Tibbets, ATK sporting group president, said the company aims for the contract to help fulfill the demands of the Army.

The SERPA modular holster features a drop-leg configuration that works to transform into a hip configuration and the clothing is made to be attached to an existing load carrying equipment or individual body armor.

The BLACKHAWK holster is also built to comply with the Berry Amendment.
