Jones Lang LaSalle has signed a deal to provide real estate advisory and consulting services to digital security technology provider Gemalto.
JLL will support Gemalto’s asset disposal, leasing and site redevelopment transactions worldwide through the agreement, JLL said Tuesday.
“Our experience of working with Jones Lang LaSalle for the past five years showed their capacity to propose innovative solutions on extended geographies,” said Xavier Chanay, Gemalto senior vice president for purchasing.
“This appointment also reinforces the growing trend where European companies appoint global advisers to help them run their commercial real estate,” said Vincent Lottefier, JLL global director and CEO of corporate solutions in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
JLL says global contract work will be managed from its France headquarters.
