Autonomic Resources has received a provisional authorization from the Defense Department for the company“™s cloud platform service offering.
The Defense Information Systems Agency‘s designated accrediting authority uses the provisional authorization as a preliminary approval for a DoD client, Autonomic Resources said Tuesday.
Additionally, the company’s cloud tool also holds a provisionally-authorized distinction for DoD’s enterprise following an Authority to Operate approval in early 2013.
John Keese, president and CEO of Autonomic Resources, said the company is preparing its ARC-P system for authorization at levels three and four after DISA“™s approval and for level five in early 2014.
The authorization builds on Autonomic Resources’ acquisition of the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program Joint Authorization approval, given in December 2012.
