Salient Federal Solutions has won a $4.4 million contract to perform technology services for a Merlin RAMCo-run training program for Saudi Arabia’s air force.
Salient’s Talent Operations Center will use the company“™s Performance Diagnostic behavioral science tool and work to align instructors“™ skills with Saudi Arabia“™s military requirements for the Air Education and Training Command and Air Force Security Assistance Training Squadrons, Salient said Aug. 20.
Bill Parker, COO of Salient, said the company aims to both help train Saudi troops and help them share information with other countries.
The contract fulfills U.S. foreign military sales agreement with Saudi Arabia and contains a one-year base period and one six-month option.
AFSAT develops and manages education and training services to meet U.S. security cooperation goals mandated by the AETC.
