Marco Bill-Peter, vice president of global support services at Red Hat, will deliver the opening keynote address at an event hosted by the vendor-neutral global support alliance TSANet.
TSANet is celebrating its 20th anniversary by holding a gala Sept. 10 through Sept. 12 in Campbell, Calif. to discuss the future of multi-vendor technical support, Red Hat said Wednesday.
Bill-Peter, a 20-year information technology veteran who has held his current role since 2008, will speak about exceeding customer expectations with multi-vendor support.
He leads a team responsible for gaining subscriber loyalty and providing support to clients and partners across all of the company’s product lines such as Enterprise Linux, JBoss Middleware, Storage and cloud computing offerings.
