TeleCommunication systems logo_GovConWireTeleCommunication Systems has won position on a $48 million multiple-award contract to provide command, control, communications and computer support services to Defense Department agencies.

TSC joins five other companies under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle to help the department operate analysis, systems integration and operational systems, the company said Thursday.

Michael Bristol, president of TCS’ government solutions group, said the company will aim to meet the government“™s requirements for the next three years.

This contract will replace a predecessor contract for C4 integration, production, training and lifecycle sustainment support of tactical, wideband, vehicular, shipboard and aircraft platforms.

The Army‘s program executive office for enterprise information systems will award up to $8 million to each awardee.
