NCR Corp. has won an award for its acquisition of Retalix in February, which sought to expand NCR’s hardware and software product portfolio for international customers.
The American-Israel Chamber of Commerce’s Southeast division presented the Deal of the Year Award to NCR in Atlanta on May 30, NCR said June 3.
As part of NCR’s retail business, Retalix offers wholesale and retail customers system tools that work to help carry out transactions.
“We“™re honored to receive this award and to have the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce recognize the global impact of this deal,“ said Scott Kingsfield, senior vice president and general manager of NCR’s retail business.
Deal of the Year awardees must have a connection with Israel or an Israeli company that operates in the Southeast region of the U.S.
