Candice Mendenhall

Candice Mendenhall serves as senior vice president of human resources for ICF International where she oversees strategic decisions around the company’s personnel issues and organization.

She joined ICF in 2008 after serving as SVP of human resources and shared services at Ratner Companies.

Earlier in her career, Mendenhall held senior leadership positions with Performance Choice Consulting, Freddie Mac, Manchester, Inc., and Mellon Financial Corp.

She received her B.S. from Brigham Young University.
