Brian Haskett, who previously worked for CA Technologies and IBM, has joined Ciber to serve as vice president and practice director of the application development and maintenance organization.
He will lead 1,500 specialists that manage and carry out projects and also oversee operational maintenance over delivery of products and services, Ciber said Tuesday.
Haskett said he will work to help others learn and reinforce their leadership skills.
At CA Technologies, Haskett served as a VP and played a role in the company“™s organizational transformation to adopt new planning strategies and executive practices for corporate growth.
While at IBM, he served as a business partner and also held the positions of sales executive and delivery director to help the corporation win high-value contracts from different clients.
