Kratos SecureInfo, a Kratos Defense & Security Solutions company, has served as a third-party assessment organization to help an unidentified cloud service provider secure a federal license to operate.
The commercial CSP“™s cybersecurity platform meets Federal Risk Authorization and Management Program standards to deliver secure cloud services to U.S. government agencies, Kratos said Tuesday.
“We are proud to have helped this leading, global cloud service provider move through the FedRAMP process,” said Christopher Fountain, Kratos SecureInfo senior vice president.
Kratos used its experience in applying federal information security frameworks to cloud computing to certify the cloud provider, Fountain said.
According to the company, the cloud provider chose Kratos SecureInfo as its 3PAO provider following a review of eligible assessors.
