A nonprofit community medical center has implemented Hewlett-Packard‘s converged infrastructure platform to manage and deliver health record applications throughout the facility.
Jupiter Medical Center will deploy the 3PAR StoreServ storage system, BladeSystem enclosure with ProLiant Generation 8 server blades and Virtual Connect technology to manage its networks, HP said Thursday.
HP’s technology services unit consulted with the medical center to help it move to a converged infrastructure.
Stephen Meyer, technical services director at Jupiter, said the medical center is using the HP platform to comply with government healthcare regulations.
Jupiter also deployed HP’s Virtual Connect Flex-10/10D Module to select a profile for adding new blades and delivering new applications to the enterprise.
