Raytheon - ExecutiveBizRaytheon Trusted Computer Solutions will provide a NATO school with a thin client intended to give students access to multiple networks at the same time.

NATO School Oberammergau will use RTCS“™ Trusted Thin Client cross-domain platform in its Expeditionary Intelligence Training Program, where students would normally take mandatory breaks while system administrators manually switched network connections to match the classification level demanded by the course work, Raytheon said Monday.

The Germany-based school provides military education and individual training to about 10,000 students from the 28 members of the alliance and its partners.

“The NATO School Oberammergau prides itself on being cutting edge, providing the best available training to its students across the 28 members of the alliance and our partners,” said Robert Beckwith, the school’s EITP Deputy Director.

Courses and conferences cover intelligence, cooperative security, joint operations, joint plans, protection and non-commissioned officer programs.

Raytheon said its thin client solution is currently deployed in other secure multilevel network environments, including the “Five Eyes“ community comprising of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the U.K. and the U.S.
