Ross Wilkers
Rose Gazarek serves as vice president of contracts & procurement for Oceus Networks Inc.
In her role, she is responsible for the contracts, subcontracts, procurement, sales administration, and government compliance functions at Oceus. Gazarek previously worked at BAE Systems as a director of contracts and at Eastman Kodak Company as director of contract negotiations.
Gazarek has also worked at Harris RF Corporation and Motorola in the contracts, subcontracts, finance, and internal audit functions. She also served on the National Contract Management Association board of directors and was the NCMA chairman of governance and membership committees.
She currently serves as a member of the NCMA contract management leadership development committee, as NCMA MacFarlane Associate Editor, and the NCMA executive advisory council.
Gazarek is a member of the International Association of Contract & Commercial Management advisory council and she holds a BA from National University, an MBA from Western Governors University, a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracts from the University of Phoenix, and she completed the Latino Leadership Institute at UCLA.
She is a Arthur G. Muller Award recipient, and Dana Award recipient. Rose received the BAE Systems Chairmans Award in 2008 and 2009.
