Dan Allen, president and CEO of CACI International, has been elected to serve on the board of directors of the Professional Services Council, a trade organization representing many federal government contractors.
The company said more than 330 firms are members of the PSC, founded in 1972 to study legislative and regulatory policy issues related to government procurement, outsourcing and business policy.
The PSC merged with the Contract Services Association of America in 2008 with the goal of creating a single organization representing the GovCon sector.
John Hillen, president and CEO of Sotera Defense Solutions, will serve as chairman of the PSC board through October.
Joe Martore, president and CEO at CALIBRE, was also elected to the board of directors and will serve on the executive committee.
