BrightKeyLogoProject management firm BrightKey has won a contract to help the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission make its fact sheets and guidance available to the public.

The Annapolis Junction, Md.-based company will also help the EEOC manage costs and provide reporting services for the Publications Fulfillment Program.

“When BrightKey first looked to expand its reach further into the federal sector, the EEOC contract was the first significant win,” said Sally Pfabe, director of government solutions at BrightKey.

“Securing the EEOC contract was the springboard that catapulted BrightKey into the federal market.”

Pfabe said BrightKey has been working with commercial customers since its 1988 founding and currently works with more than 150 customers in the federal, commercial and non-profit sectors.

BrightKey holds a General Services Administration Schedule 36 contract for Office imaging and document products and a Government Printing Office contract for on-site services.

The project team will work at a call center and warehouse and also perform distribution services under the contract.

The small, woman-owned company’s portfolio includes management and staffing, inbound mail screening, warehousing, fulfillment, call center management and other administrative services.
