
William Britton is a vice president and general manager at SPARTA Inc., a Parsons company.
SPARTA, a primary business unit of Parsons Corporation, provides customers worldwide with full-service engineering and management services in the defense, energy, environmental, infrastructure, security, and intelligence markets.
According to the company, Britton leads the growth and development of a $150 million intelligence-community-based business sector. He manages a team of 500 professionals, engineers, and analysts who provide services and tools to the intell and special operations communities.
Mr. Britton has more than 30 years of national security experience within both government and industry, with significant achievements in operations, technology, business development, and team leadership.
Most recently, he was president of his own consulting firm, providing strategic guidance to companies in the defense and intelligence communities. Prior to that, he was SVP and GM of the national security business unit at NCI, Inc., where he redefined business operations and BD for the $51 million intelligence community business sector.
Prior to NCI, Inc., he held a variety of business development and executive management positions at L-3 Communications“™ Intelligence Solutions division and Intelligence & Special Operations business unit, Maden Technologies, General Dynamics, Raytheon, and TASC.
Mr. Britton retired from the US Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Officer.
