Cubic Corp. has appointed Keith Kellogg president of Abraxas, the San Diego-based contractor’s risk mitigation subsidiary, Cubic announced Wednesday.
He previously served as senior vice president of ground combat programs for Cubic’s defense systems business, Cubic Defense Applications, where he developed global business with the U.S. Defense Department and international customers.
Before joining Cubic, Kellogg served in several executive assignments at CACI International and Oracle after retiring from the U.S. Army as a lieutenant general.
During his 32-year military career, he served as director of C4 systems at the Pentagon and as principal adviser to the Joint Chiefs of Staff on military command and control.
Other assignments include assistant Army chief of staff for operations; commanding general for the 82nd Airborne Division; and chief of Army combat development within the Training and Doctrine Command at Fort Monroe, Va.
In June, Cubic announced the appointment of Donald Haring to serve as vice president of human resources, succeeding John Schierer after he was promoted to corporate VP of HR.
