Intelligent Decisions Inc. was recently acknowledged as one of the best employers with local offices in the Washington area, the company announced Friday.
In a ceremony held in Tysons Corner, Va., the Washington Business Journal acknowledged Intelligent Decisions as among the publications “50 Best Places to Work of 2012” in the region.
Intelligent Decisions ranked 6th in the list of large companies that provide positive work environment for employees, according to the company.
Prior to the award, the Business Journal tapped Quantum Market Research to conduct an employee survey of nominated companies as basis for selecting winners.
The award qualifies nominees with at least 10 employees and categorized according to small, medium and large-sized companies.
Nominees for local categories were also required to be based in D.C. or in Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William counties in Virginia; and
Montgomery and Prince George’s counties in Maryland.
Nominees for nonlocal categories must have major operations in at least one of the stipulated jurisdictions.
