The National Security Agency and the Open Source Software Institute will host an industry day conference to address technology developments and cloud sourcing.
The institute said conference will occur May 30 at a John Hopkins University conference center on in Laurel, Md.
Open Source Industry Day will feature 30 interactive sessions the uses and security of open source software, embedded mobile systems, system analytics, large-data distribution and other topics.
Event co-chairman John Farrell HP Enterprise Security said in an announcement that the conference will feature interaction between government adopters and representatives from the open source industry and development community.
