Booz Allen Hamilton won $6,979,123 Air Force contract to provide the branch with integrated support for launch range systems, the Defense Department announced Thursday.
The McLean, Va.-based consulting and contracting firm said it will help the branch fulfill mission requirements for its launch and test range systems.
Work will occur in Los Angeles and at the Air Force Space and Missiles Systems Center’s facilities in El Segundo, Calif. and Patrick Air Force Base in Florida.
The Pentagon expects work under the cost-plus, fixed-fee contract to finish by March 20, 2012 and the Space and Missile Systems Center is the contracting activity.
The Air Force recently awarded Booz Allen an estimated $14.9 million contract for information analysis services.
