ICF to Help EPA Evaluate Mobile Emissions, Health Impacts - top government contractors - best government contracting eventICF International won a $15 million re-compete contract to help the Environmental Protection Agency evaluate emissions and air pollution control for five years.

ICF announced the win Thursday following a busy week that included a $6 million EPA contract win to analyze clean initiatives and contract extension to continue supporting the Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative“˜s energy programs.

ICF will provide the EPA’s office of transportation and air quality with analytic and modeling support to assess greenhouse gas emissions and sources, air toxins, pollutants and methodologies for air quality control.

Mark Lee, vice president for ICF International, said one of OTAQ’s major priorities is reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

ICF has supported OTAQ and its preceding offices since 1989.

ICF will develop and evaluate technologies to control emissions and help OTAQ determine environmental and health impacts of emissions.
