HP was selected by the Department of Veterans Affairs to continue as a prime contractor for digital healthcare information sharing services.
HP said the award marks its 10th year of involvement with the VA“™s Compensation and Pension Record Interchange support program.
HP will provide project management, business analysis, and software design and development services.
HP said the CAPRI program enables the Veterans Health Administration and the Veterans Benefits Administration to share medical data electronically via the Bidirectional Health Information Exchange system.
Through the contract, HP said it will team with veteran owned Systems Made Simple Inc. and V-Tech Solutions Inc to execute services.
HP is also a prime contractor for the VA’s $12 billion transformation twenty-one total technology program, intended to help the VA modernize its enterprise-wide capabilities.
