Altegrity has launched a new risk management business unit, the company announced Wednesday.
Tom Hartley, former head of Kroll’s U.K.-based business intelligence and investigations department, will serve as president of Kroll Advisory Solutions and report to Kroll CEO Phil Casey.
This unit will provide risk management, mitigation, investigation, due diligence, information security and physical security for business solutions.
The unit is based in New York City and has nearly 700 employees in 29 cities across 17 countries.
In early January Altegrity appointed Dean Hager as president and CEO of its Kroll Ontrack subsidiary.
