In-Q-Tel has entered a strategic investment and technology development agreement with Quanterix Corp., In-Q-Tel announced Friday.
In-Q-Tel said its investment will allow Quanterix to advance its Single Molecule Array technology. Quanterix said it wants to expand SiMoA to simultaneously measure proteins and nucleic acids in order to detect pathogens, the company said.
“The Quanterix SiMoA platform offers great promise for applications in both the private and public sectors,“ said Syd Ulvick, Ph.D., vice president of physical and biological technologies practice at In-Q-Tel.
