Chris Nolan

Chris Nolan acts as director of government relations for the SI Organization, Inc., mission-focused systems engineering and integration services provider. He has held this position since June 2010.

Nolan is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic relationships and policy positions as he leads interaction with congress, the White House, executive offices and federal agencies.

In addition to leading federal agency relations, he also leads the company’s association memberships, community relations and state and local government interface.

Nolan has over 30 years of experience working in similar positions where he also handled business development, strategic planning, program management and business operations.

Prior to his current position with SI, Nolan worked for Lockheed Martin as director of homeland security government relations. While there, he led the company’s growth opportunities internationally and locally with Departments of Homeland Security, Justice and State.

Nolan has also worked for DynCorp International and Unisource Network Systems. For both companies, he played a role in developing and implementing technology strategies and worked with the federal CIO council, the White house, congress and the Industry Advisory Group.

Nolan is a member of multiple boards and associations of which include the U.S. Chamber“™s National Security Task Force, and the Homeland Security and Defense Business Council. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA.
