After previously ranking third, Deloitte has today been ranked number one on the Vault Tech Consulting 25 Ranking of the best companies to work for in the rapidly growing industry, according to a company release.
The Vault Tech Consulting 25 is a survey that polls more than 1,500 consultants of all levels to assess their peer consulting firms on prestige as well as the culture of their own firm.
Criteria for the survey includes prestige, firm culture, work and life balance, compensation, business outlook and transparency to determine final rankings.
Consultants who participated in the survey considered Deloitte a “powerhouse” while employees praised its “collaborative,” “people-focused” and “inclusive” culture.
“At Deloitte, we aim to create an environment where leaders thrive and a critical piece of that is attracting the right talent,” said Jennifer Steinman, chief talent officer, Deloitte LLP.
