Oracle Helps HR Move to the Cloud - top government contractors - best government contracting eventOracle’s recently announced Oracle Public Cloud has paved the way for additional cloud offerings. Oracle launched its Fusion HCM applications in the cloud  including Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management and Oracle Fusion Talent Management.

The Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Service allows users to predict, align and collaborate more easily in the workplace and remains unlike niche Software-as-a-Service offerings by providing a more complete HCM service including core HR, payroll, and benefits management capabilities.

Similarly, the cloud based Oracle Fusion Talent Management Service delivers compensation management, incentive management and goal management capabilities while providing new capabilities such as Network at Work, Workforce Directory Management and Visual Talent Review.

“Companies no longer have to choose between the simplicity of SaaS and the power of true enterprise HCM,“ said Chris Leone, Oracle’s group vice president of application development. “Oracle Fusion HCM and Talent Management in the cloud give large enterprises the freedom to take their HR system into the cloud, and give growing companies the power to fire their niche HR solutions and get enterprise grade power that can scale with their business.“
