Capgemini Signs 5-Year Agreement with Habitat for Humanity - top government contractors - best government contracting eventCapgemini announced today its Infrastructure Services business has signed a five-year, $9.5 million contract with Habitat for Humanity International. The firm will provide infrastructure management and managed applications support to the organization.

The applications support includes server and storage refresh, transfer of operational responsibility for 65 percent of Habitat“™s applications, and the networks that support its six domestic and five international offices.

“Thanks to the collaborative relationship we’ve built with the Habitat for Humanity International team, we’ve been able to put together a cost-effective plan that will allow us to implement Capgemini’s best-in-class solutions to support their infrastructure and applications needs with efficient IT services,” said Umesh Bhatia, North America leader of Capgemini Infrastructure Services.

Capgemini will leverage its Rightshore global delivery model to provide information technology services. This will enable Habitat for Humanity to boost IT service reliability and performance delivered from a refreshed infrastructure platform.
