Serco Inc. announced today that executive vice president and chief of staff Bo Durickovic has been named one of Washington Business Journal“™s “40 Under 40“ honorees.
The awards recognize the Washington, D.C. area“™s top business leaders and owners who are less than 40 years old.
Durickovic is responsible for the service delivery of several key Serco staff functions including government relations, IT and global program management.
Durickovic has served on Serco’s board of directors for five years and the company said he plays a critical role in guiding its strategic acquisitions and organic growth.
During that time, Serco“™s revenues increased 325 percent and the company“™s employee population grew from 1,400 to approximately 10,000.
“Through his inspired leadership and smart business acumen, Bo has helped transform Serco from a relatively small company into an industry leader,“ said Ed Casey, Serco“™s chairman and CEO. “We are all proud of his success and are excited for his recognition as a 40 Under 40 honoree.”
