
Ken Diller is vice president of business engineering for CGI.
Diller is responsible for all business development and proposal engineering in support of CGI’s business unit supporting Defense Department and intelligence communities.
Diller joined Oberon in 2006 as program manager of intelligence operations. He has remained with the company through subsequent acquisitions by Stanley Associates and then by CGI.
At Oberon, Diller was responsible for providing business development support along with daily management, operations and execution of Oberon“™s Army intelligence programs and projects.
Prior to Oberon, Diller served 21 years in the Army in various assignments, including as chief of the Army“™s G2 Initiative Group. He also served as deputy commander of the 501st Military Intelligence Brigade in Korea, and battalion commander of a training battalion at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
Diller holds a bachelor“™s degree in business communications from Wright State University. He is also a graduate of the Defense Intelligence College Post Graduate Intelligence Program and earned a master“™s degree in military art and science from the Army“™s Command & General Staff College.
