
Karen Wilson is Boeing’s director of acquisition and industrial base policy, government solutions.
Wilson was previously at AlliedSignal, serving in a variety of positions, including as vice president of government business and finance.
Prior to joining AlliedSignal, Wilson worked in the law departments of Hughes Aircraft Company, TRW, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Wilson“™s undergraduate degree is from the College of William and Mary. Her law degree is from American University’s Washington College of Law. She also holds a post-doctoral Masters of Law in government contracts and international law from George Washington University.
Wilson is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Supreme Courts of California and Virginia.
