Since joining Ensco in 2009, Macaluso has been instrumental in shaping the company“™s contracting organization. This includes driving improved processes and organizational strategy as well as effective customer relations.
The contract division is responsible for all activities related to the preparation of proposals, pricing, negotiation, awards, administration of contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
