Cheryl-Ann Cohen is the CIO/CTO for USIS, responsible for aligning USIS’ information technology investments with the company’s business strategy emphasizing development of technology-enabled customer-centric solutions. She joined USIS in 2010.
With over 26 years of IT experience in government contracting, Cohen started her career at IBM. Her career includes positions at Mantech International Corporation, deputy CIO at Dyncorp and positions at Charles E. Smith Companies.
Cohen is the founder of Oracle Government Contractor Special Interest Group and recently served as its chairperson. She was also selected as CIO Magazine“™s “Ones to Watch“ and that same year achieved certification as a Program Management Professional.
Cohen earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Georgetown University.
