Raytheon Company and Tobyhanna have recently signed an agreement for a public-private partnership to support a range of electronic and radar systems. The two organizations will work together on Defense Department electronic and radar systems to meet new and emerging requirements.
“Partnering with Tobyhanna Army Depot to provide innovative engineering, mission support and depot expertise leverages our combined capabilities to offer unparalleled support to our warfighters,“ said Wayne Iurillo, vice president of Raytheon Technical Services customized engineering and depot support business unit.
Raytheon has a workforce of 72, 000 people worldwide and has provided electronics, mission systems integration and other capabilities in the areas of sensing, effects, command, control, communications, and intelligence systems. It also provides a broad range of missile support services.
