Intergraph Corporation has acquired Augusta Systems, Inc., a business move that aims to eliminate the need for custom interface development and expand distributed processing and control capabilities.
The acquisition will allow Intergraph clients to make use of both companies“™ offerings, with more flexible, integrated solutions to support Intergraph“™s goal of helping organizations gain visual insight into information.
