Kroll Chairman William Bratton is slated to participate on a panel at the second annual Aspen Security Forum on Saturday July 30. The panel, entitled “The Rule of Law and the War on Terrorism,“ will explore the various legal issues implicated by the war on terrorism.
Bratton was selected to speak due to his expertise in the law enforcement field, his building connections between law enforcement agencies involved in preventing domestic terrorism and his record of achieving major reductions in violent crimes when he led the NYPD and LAPD.
The forum brings together top-level government officials, industry leaders, and others for three days of discussions on the state of aviation, maritime, border security, mass transit security, intelligence, critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity, counterterrorism strategy and terrorism finance.
The Aspen Institute Homeland Security Program and the New York Times are hosting the forum. It will be held at the Aspen Institute Meadow“™s Campus in Aspen, Colorado.
