Dr. Bob Dawkins, director of education and standards at A-T Solutions Inc., has received the American Public University System Excellence in Teaching Award.
A-T Solutions has a partnership with American Military University, one of the schools within APUS, to ensure that participants in the company“™s counterterrorism training programs are eligible for college course credit.

Dawkins is an associate professor with AMU who has been teaching courses for the online university since 2002, upon completion of his service in the military as an explosive ordnance disposal master technician. He joined A-T Solutions in 2003, and is currently in charge of oversight for all curriculum development and instructor qualifications for the company“™s counterterrorism training division. He currently teaches 12 different courses at AMU for undergraduate and post-graduate degree programs.
A-T Solutions has been a partner of American Military University since 2002, when the company helped AMU develop advanced counterterrorism training courses. A-T Solutions currently offers 15 programs through which students can earn up to 52 hours of college credit from AMU.
