Northrop Grumman has announced Mark A. Caylor as its new corporate vice president and treasurer.
Caylor“™s responsibilities as treasurer include all duties of the corporate treasury, including all of the capital markets, capital structure, insurance and risk management, among other tasks.
Before his latest role at the company, Caylor served as the company“™s director of banking and capital markets assistant treasurer. He also served as director of mergers and acquisitions.
“Mark Caylor brings broad experience from his current position as the company“™s assistant treasurer and has well-developed relationships with the banking community, making him well-suited for his new role,“ said James F. Palmer, corporate vice president and chief financial officer.
