
CA Technologies has been named by Working Mother magazine as one of 2011“™s Best Companies for Multicultural Women. The award recognizes companies that are dedicated to bringing more perspectives to the decision-making table by holding managers accountable for recruiting, retaining and promoting multicultural women.
CA Technologies said it focuses on fostering diversity inside and outside the company. It offers numerous programs to encourage the advancement of multicultural women, including leadership development, mentoring, rotation, job shadowing and associate programs.
