
Belcamp, Md.-based cybersecurity company SafeNet Inc. is looking to hire dozens of individuals to work at its headquarters and its Columbia offices, according to Baltimore Business Journal.
Positions range from accounting and finance to IT and engineering. More specifically, a director of tax accounting and planning is wanted in Belcamp, while a vice president for product management for government products is sought in Belcamp and/or Columbia. Those interested in an IT position at the fast-growing, soon-to-be-public company can apply to become SafeNet’s IT business analyst, to act as the liaison between the applications development team and the business users.
The organization has more than 25,000 corporate and government customers in 100 countries, including Apple, Raytheon, Siemens, U.S. Internal Revenue Service, and Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
In 2007, SafeNet was acquired by private equity firm Vector Capital. Vector Capital then purchased Aladdin in March 2009.
