
Gregory D. Jones is a founding partner of BluestoneLogic, a provider of systems engineering solutions for various federal agencies.
He began his IT career as a lead software engineer for Booz Allen Hamilton and Coleman Research Corporation, where he developed complex software systems that simulated signal intelligence collection.
Jones’ military experience includes serving as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. During his service, he deployed for three combat deployments with 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After he returned to the United States from his last deployment to Iraq, Jones began serving as company commander of an elite ceremonial infantry company. After leaving active duty, he continued to serve as a Marine Corps reserve officer.
Following his active duty Marine Corps career, Jones ended up at Dynology Corporation, where he provided program management expertise, business development support, and technical advice to various Department of Defense and federal clients.
Jones graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Computer Information Systems. He currently serves on board of the United States Association of Veterans in Business and is a member of the National Military Family Association and the 1st Marine Division Association.
