Effective Sept. 16, Lawrence Nussdorf has been elected as a member of the SAIC board of directors.
He is currently president and chief operating officer of real estate and investment firm Clark Enterprises, Inc. He has been at Clark Enterprises for 30 years and served as its CEO for 12 years, directing strategy, financial activities and running daily operations.
SAIC board of directors chair A. Thomas Young said Nussdorf's leadership experience means he is well-suited to his roles in SAIC's Audit and Finance Committees.
Young added, “His strengths and skills complement those of our existing board members and we expect he will provide an invaluable perspective as we remain focused on helping ensure that SAIC is well-positioned for growth.”
