ID“™s KMS offer will include integrated legal and technology support for private businesses and government entities.

The practice covers work such as enterprise content management, portal development, records management and more.

ID brought in Russell Sullivan to direct the new program, which will be under the company“™s professional services division. Sullivan has experience managing large cases such as the Department of Energy“™s Yucca Mountain licensing program, in which 100 million documents were collected and certified.

“Based on feedback and demand from our customers, and a projected $2 to $3 billion market, there is a significant need for Knowledge Management Services,” said Harry I. Martin, Jr., president and CEO of Intelligent Decisions. “Leveraging ID’s technology expertise and customer-focused business processes will generate a litigation practice capable of handling challenges of all sizes and complexity.”
