Harris Corporation (NYSE: HRS) announced that Scott T. Mikuen will take over as vice president and general counsel in October, succeeding Gene Cavallucci, who is planning to retire.
“Scott is an excellent lawyer with great legal instincts and a proven track record dealing in the complex world of compliance, governance and finance,” said Howard L. Lance, chairman, president and chief executive officer. “He is well qualified to be our next general counsel. We congratulate him on this promotion and look forward to the many contributions he will make as a member of our senior leadership team.
The company also announced the promotion of Anthony Deglomine to vice president and deputy general counsel. Deglomine has been with Harris since 2002.
