Neel Mehta
Tony Frederickson serves as president and chief executive officer of Schafer Corporation. As such, he oversees the company’s business operations and creation of the responsive solutions that address rapidly-evolving national security threats.
Before joining Schafer in 2009, Frederickson was managing partner of Sage Management.
Earlier, he was chief executive officer of the L-3 Communications Titan Group and president of Titan’s Applied Technology Sector. In this position, he oversaw the company’s business operations providing various contract services.
While with L-3, Frederickson held numerous positions within the company. Before his role as CEO of Titan Group, he was the group’s SVP, general manager of the Applied Technologies Sector and general manager of the Titan Research and Technology Division.
Before joining L-3, Frederickson held various management positions in the Department of Defense’s Defense Nuclear Agency.
Earlier in his career, Frederickson was with California Research and Technology until it was acquired by Titan in 1986.
Frederickson earned his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Applied Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also a graduate of the National Security program at Harvard University.
