
Mike Garrity is vice president of finance and administration for General Dynamics Information Technology. As such, he oversees the financial, facilities and information technology facets of General Dynamics, as well as the company’s ISO-9001 registered Quality Management System.
Before joining General Dynamics, Garrity was program manager for the divestiture of GTE Government Systems Corporation. In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of the divestiture. He was also previously the director of finance and business administration for GTE Worldwide Telecommunications Services.
Garrity also previously held the position of controller of GSC services sector. Before this, he served as controller of electronic systems and services and in 1987, he was appointed controller of the tactical switching systems division.
Garrity earned his B.S. in accounting from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
