Neel Mehta
Bill O’Neill is Vice President of Sales for Qwest Government Services, Inc. He is responsible for managing the company’s in the defense, civilian and secure business sectors. He also provides leadership for teams to develop IT telecommunications systems.
Before joining Qwest in 2008, O’Neill was VP and GM of product and managed services for Nortel Government Solutions, a part of the Nortel Networks.
Prior to Nortel, O’Neill was with Raytheon for 17 years. From 1996-1999, O’Neill was GM for operations for Raytheon Technical Services. He also held several other management roles with the company.
O’Neill earned his B.S. in engineering from Roger Williams College. He also earned a graduate certificate in electro-ops engineering from Tufts University.
